FASOLATHA (NAVY BEAN SOUP)

1 lb Navy beans
3 sliced carrots
1 onion, chopped
3 celery leaves, chopped
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup olive oil
salt
pepper

1. Soak the beans in water overnight.
2. Strain the water and place the beans in a pot with new water.
3. Boil for a while and once again strain.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients, add enough water to make it sou
