Makes: 6 servings
3/4 lb Tomatoes, chopped
1 large re bell pepper
1/4 lb Feta cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp dry white wine
1 tbsp thyme
6 green onions, chopped
½ cup olive oil
3 large garlic cloves, minced
½ cup Kalamata olives
1/4 cup lemon juice
3/4 lb pasta, cooked
3/4 lb shrimp, cooked
1. Mix ingredients except pasta and shrimp in a large bowl.
2. Add pasta and shrimp and toss to blend.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
