TZATZIKI (CUCUMBER AND YOGURT DIP)

Serving size: 2 cups

Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt or sour cream
2 large cucumbers
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Peel, seed and coarsely grate cucumbers.
2. Drain well.
3. Add garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to cucumbers and mix well.
4. Add drained yogurt and blend.
5. Serve with toast points, crackers or pita bread.
